Psychological Assessment

A psychological assessment can be helpful if you are experiencing new or long-standing issues related to your mood, emotions, thinking, or organization. Many people wonder if they have ADHD, anxiety, or depression, or feel that a previous diagnosis doesn't quite fit.

The goal is to move beyond guesswork and uncover the "why" behind your struggles and the "what" of your unique strengths. An assessment provides a clear, comprehensive roadmap that can guide future treatment, educational choices, or personal growth, giving you confidence and direction.

If you've noticed that your mood, emotions, thinking, relationships, or other aspects of your functioning (e.g., school or work) are negatively impacting your wellbeing, we can work together to investigate the cause and develop a plan for support.

What's Involved

Psychological Assessment

A comprehensive psychological assessment involves a combination of in-depth conversations, standardized questionnaires, and targeted tests to explore many different facets of your lived experience.

The assessment process typically involves at least two virtual visits.

  1. Intake & Psychological Evaluation (2-4 hours)

  2. Clinical Feedback & Diagnostic Report (1 hour)

I provide these services securely and conveniently via Telehealth, allowing you to engage in this important process from the comfort of your own space.

This will likely involve a combination of diagnostic interviews and use of validated self-report measures.
